sleeping angel?

this is the culmination of one of my most difficult parenting days. . . after getting sucker kicked "accidentally" in the nose, cleaning up poop and pee, my mother's day orchid getting kicked over and broken, fighting nap, writing on the walls, crazy HOT day (it's only june mother nature!). desprately trying to get things ready for the holiday weekend. . . he sleeps. thank you jesus!

i've had to work too much! not enough time for blogging, or sleeping for that matter. and i got food poisoning last night from salad bar! ugh, all veggies. i'm still not feeling 100%. totally lame

loving the sun

usually i'm a wimp about the heat but i gotta say i'm loving our summer weather. it feels good! maybe it was what seemed like a very long a cold winter but what ever it is it feels good to be alive!
i am doing free chair massage at bike to work day @ Whole Foods Cherry Creek tomorrow @ 6 am! eek that's early!

they band plays at the pavillion. it was SO much fun!

another "who needs a pool" experiment. . .
i did buy a pool though, all they had left was baby pools and today it was much cooler out thank goodness. it's so early for heat in the 90's. we went to the park today. . . palmer climbed the "spider web", he's such a boy now!

maybe that wasn't the smartest idea but it was one way to keep cool on a 90+ degree in colorado. i'm so bummed we got hardly any spring and then BAM summer hot hot hot. i don't do well in the heat. like i say, my people come from shady places!
