kiko's friend owen and katie gave us this little table and chairs. it's cute put it has a rip in the top creating a uneven surface so i think this will be an outside set and hasn't satiated my desire for a little table and chair for him to eat.

i got this new storage thing for whole foods and palmer sat down on it.  he's been sitting on all sorts of things like shoes, his little xylaphone thing. . . it's pretty cute.

palmer talking on the phone again, he's a babbling fool.  i worked today and kiko hung out with palmer and his friend dom and dom's friend zoe and i hear palmer was quite the little entertainer being very cute and sweet all day.  i went to yoga and cleaned the studio so i'm feeling pretty good.  i can't believe tomorrows monday. . . every day goes so quick, have to remember to take time to smell the roses. . . . 

friday fun day

palmer got to hang with tyler and arlin yesterday.  he didn't cry when i left!  i realized him crying at erica's probably has more to do with my anxiety than his, so i'm going to try and go just have lunch over there with her and diego on a day when i'm not leaving him.  tyler got some great pics of these boys!  i totally want to get palmer a little table and chairs now because he loves moving furniture.  and the wagon and the little broom!  so much fun stuff!

our day care provider called in sick today.  it made me freak out and get a little depressed.  why you say?  because it takes a village and my village can call in sick.  thank god for tyler who is going to watch palmer tomorrow so i can go to class!  it's only the 3rd week of school!  ugh. . . i think we may need to find a different option.  there is a day care place right by our house and i called a few times and the phone was like off the hook or something.  then i called back and explained i was in the neighborhood, it's literally 3 blocks away but i had never gone down that street, and she said, "can you call back i'm busy".  first that is terrible customer service and second well, i didn't get a very good impression.  ugh, i pray i find something a little more perfect.  i was all excited about going to work, pumped myself up all week, set my intention and goal for the day, told palmer all day yesterday so he would be excited to go play with his buddy diego and bam bang boom. . . oh an my phone died.  

i do feel better though, i went to a very good yoga class tonight.

my bulbs are coming up?!?!  thanks global warming.

i've felt kind of melancholy today.  i don't know exactly why. . . maybe for watching a depressing movie called burning the future: coal in america.  once we know that what we are doing is hurting people and the enviroment you'd think people might start to make positive changes.  ugh!

case of the mondays

i got palmer this little blue chair at goodwill he loves it.  well loves moving it!

so i got at speeding ticket!  ugh!  going 33 mph.  $190.  ugh!  so lame.
