we ran down to confluence park to get some vit. d today. it was lovely! the last picture palmer didn't want to get his feet dirty!

Yay for vitamin D!! We didn't get our sun dose yesterday, but we did take the vitamins, and the day before we spent a while outside. Hopefully it balances out! :)
